It’s that time of year again! Open Enrollment 2023 is finally here! Thank you to everyone who joined the Open Enrollment Webinar. From October 3-October 14, 2022, your community will host an interactive Mission Health “Operation” Benefits event to help you better understand the benefits. From medical insurance to financial assistance, Mission Health’s goal is to provide employees with the best benefits possible for you and your family.
What is changing for 2023? Starting in January 2023, the Basic plan for EE-only has reduced to $35 per pay period. The Basic plan will continue to include the same great features such as Primary360 and Hinge Health. Another positive change is lowering the PCP copay to $20, making Generic drugs available at $10.
Nayya App
Mission Health is a proud partner with Nayya, a platform designed to guide you through open enrollment to help the enrollee better understand the benefits they are choosing based on Nayya’s recommendations. Employees can now confidently choose the right health care plan that best fits their personal and family medical and financial needs.
Teladoc 360
Convenient and affordable virtual health care. With Teladoc 360, employees have access to 24/7 general medical care with U.S. board-certified doctors and state licensed. Employees also have access to primary care physicians and specialist doctors such as dermatologists, pediatrics, and much more! Teladoc offers access to FREE mental health services for themselves or their families, including their teenagers (ages 13-17) from the comfort of your home.
Hinge Health
When employees enroll in Mission Health insurance, they have access to FREE at-home physical therapy. Hinge gives you the tools you need to overcome back pain, recover from back pain, prepare for surgery and more all while at home. The physical therapists will instruct and guide you through your treatment.
Do you not have the proper equipment for physical therapy? Hinge Health will graciously send you the equipment you need! Your consultations and follow-ups are virtual at no cost to you.
DailyPay and Friday Card
All employees now have control over when and how they receive their paycheck throughout the pay cycle with DailyPay. For a small fee of $2.99, you can transfer your paycheck on-demand for whenever you need it the most. This means you pick when payday occurs.
Friday Card by DailyPay is a Visa® Prepaid Card that eliminates the fee AND you can transfer your earned money to your card whenever you need it. With Friday Card, you have access to a mobile banking platform to better manage your money and stay on top of your budgeting needs. You can also access ATMs, load cash/withdraw money, and make purchases online or in-store.
Everyday Benefits
All full-time employees have access to the Everyday Benefits program. They have access to student loan forgiveness and insurance offerings such as home, renters, auto and pet insurance. They also gain access to the Purchasing Power program, which allows employees to make purchases through payroll deduction rather than utilizing a credit card. Nurses can also get professional liability insurance. Your customized benefits are yours for as long as you want, whether or not you stay with Mission Health!
