Mission Health is proud to support opportunities that empower our nursing teams to grow and thrive. The NADONA/LTC Nurse Scholarship, sponsored by PharMerica, provides financial support for students pursuing nursing degrees with a focus on long-term care or geriatrics.
Each year, selected recipients receive scholarship funds paid directly to their college or university to help ease the cost of nursing education.
The Paris Girginis Nursing Scholarship is established in honor of Paris Girginis, Vice President of Reimbursement and Innovation at Mission Health Communities, to recognize his outstanding contributions to healthcare and his dedication to advancing the Mission Health experience. Paris has been instrumental in driving initiatives that improve care delivery, enhance operational efficiency, and support the financial sustainability of Mission Health. His commitment to innovation and excellence has left a lasting impact on our organization.
To continue his legacy, this annual $1,000 scholarship will support Mission Health employees who aspire to further their careers in nursing. By investing in the education and growth of our team members, we honor Paris' dedication to the future of healthcare. This scholarship reflects Mission Health’s CARES values—Character, Attitude, Respect, Excellence, and Service—by recognizing individuals who embody these principles in their pursuit of a nursing career.
