These special awards are designed to honor the contributions of outstanding Mission Health Administrators, Directors of Nursing, and regional and home office team members. These professionals focus on community excellence and overall business success by working to increase revenue, recruit/retain valuable team members, successfully lead the community to attain a Deficiency Free Standard Survey and/or an overall Five Star rating, and make sure Mission Health Communities are meeting census targets while keeping rehospitalization rates low. These are crucial aspects of our mission, carried out by extraordinary people who deserve recognition.
Recipients are nominated by their colleagues, with awards based on both quantitative metrics (see the Mission Experience Criteria Sheet) and qualitative considerations.
Note: Starting with this year’s Mission Experience Awards, nominees will not be involved in their own nominations.
