DiscoverU is a career enhancement program designed to benefit Mission Health team members at all levels. Our multiple tracks for various department positions help individuals to advance, and teams to get stronger together by gaining new skills.
Our Executive Master Class is an exclusive program crafted for seasoned Mission Health administrators seeking to elevate their leadership skills and business acumen.
The Master Class will empower you to:

• Learn practical approaches to team empowerment and community engagement.
• Explore the CARES +1% strategy to drive sustainable improvements in patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

The importance of mentorship within health care training is well recognized. It offers a means to further enhance workforce performance and engagement, promote learning opportunities and encourage multidisciplinary collaboration. A formal mentoring program is one that is sanctioned by the organization and is designed to support organizational goals.
While you sharpen your clinical competencies and management abilities as part of the Mission Health team, you will be recognized with a $1/hour raise upon graduation from each of DiscoverU’s three levels, as well as Make A Friend Mentorship Program.
