What does Mission Health provide employees?
Mission Health provides health benefits such as medical, dental, and vision insurance, Teladoc Primary365, and Hinge Health. Each benefit allows our employees to not worry about their health. Teladoc Primary365 is included when a full-time employee selects any level of health insurance at no extra cost. This means Mission employees have access to primary care, general medical, mental health services, expert opinions (dermatology), and wellness care without having to wait in a doctor’s office. They can speak with a U.S. board-certified doctor via phone call or video chat. The wait time for an appointment is also less than waiting for a doctor’s appointment.
In 2022, 78% of companies in America currently offer or plan to offer mental health services within the next year. About 83% of U.S. workers suffer from work-related stress, according to the American Institute of Stress. Mission is privileged to be part of the 78% and better yet, it is offered completely virtually! It is all about convenience and ensuring our employees are their healthiest selves, physically and mentally!
What are the general benefits that are offered?
Mission Health takes caring for our employees very seriously.
For general benefits, organizations that offer perks such as MH CARES Employee Relief Fund. This is a program where Mission Health gifts money to those find themselves in unanticipated or unavoidable financial hardships. Emergencies consist of natural disasters, funeral/emergency travel expense, and personal or medical emergency. The organization has helped over a hundred employees to date through some of the toughest of times in their lives.
We also offer perks that can help with an employee’s financial wellbeing. From regular education sessions available through our employee assistance program to our partners at DailyPay who helps supports. Employees now have increased control over their paychecks, meaning, they can choose on when they get paid for when they need to pay bills or an unexpected event happens. Our partners at Everyday Benefits also provides Mission employees with solutions that help employees find what they need without building credit card debt. They also provide student loan assistance for our employees to further their education and improve their careers.
Another perk of being part of the Mission team is our Anniversary Celebration Rewards Program. Every month, employees at all 50 communities are recognized for their tenure with a recognition celebration and cash reward. The amount of cash that is received is based on the amount of years one has been with Mission Health. These employees are rewarded and recognized for their dedication and hard work over the years as a Mission Employee. Recognition is key in developing a positive work environment and culture. Celebrating work anniversaries is one of the best ways to keep employees engaged and motivated to stay with the company longer.
