With 51 communities in 8 states, Mission Health is proud to announce that we were recently listed as number 22 of the Top 30 Largest Nursing Facility Companies. As President and CEO, Stuart Lindeman, always says: Mission is looking to grow, and we’re looking to grow smart.
What does that mean? It means that we prioritize our core values and our ability to provide for our teams and our residents before making any decisions about growing the company. It’s important to be certain that we’re able to successfully provide top quality service to each and every one of our communities as we continue to grow.
And we’ve done just that. We’ve added new communities in new states over the past couple years, even in the face of unprecedented challenges across the profession. In the process, we’ve brought the Mission Experience to the employees and residents at those buildings.
Even as the profession begins to recover from the difficulties faced during the COVID-19 pandemic, the past year has produced an even greater need for innovation in the face of challenges. As Mission continues to expand, we are focusing on innovation that enables us to provide better service, in cost-efficient ways. We’re offering new, robust clinical programming in a time when it might be easier to simple rest on existing programs. We’re creating fast, efficient ways to communicate with our employees. We’re uplifting our dietary services teams and elevating the experience for our residents.
As a top 30 largest nursing facility company, we remain committed to providing personalized, exceptional service in every interaction. Recently, we’ve added new assisted living communities to the Mission Living side of our business, while expanding the resources available to our teams working with those buildings. We also continue to work with companies in need of operational or clinical oversight assistance through our Mission Management group. The healthcare profession is one that is constantly changing, and we are proud of the range of experience we have in ensuring its success.
As we continue to grow, we will always put the Mission Experience and our CARES values first. Employees who are engaged and happy, and residents who are confident in the exceptional care they’re receiving – that’s what differentiates Mission communities and has enabled us to successfully grow into a top 30 largest nursing facility company.
Thank you all for being a part of our continuing journey!
